Cost and timing
Your quote depends on the selected model, quantity, dimensions and destination. We confirm equipment availability and delivery timing before you place an order; there is no single delivery rate for every city.
Access to your property
For a sauna, cold plunge or hyperbaric chamber, check entrance widths, stairs, lift capacity and the final installation space. Tell us if the equipment must reach an upper floor or a property with narrow access.
Installation and commissioning
Delivery, positioning, electrical or water connections and commissioning are separate parts of the project. We confirm which services are needed and included for your model and location before ordering.
Questions about delivery in Indonesia
Can I order an ice bath or sauna outside Bali and Jakarta?
Yes. We arrange delivery across Indonesia, including Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Semarang, Makassar and other destinations. Send the selected model and your city to check cost, timing and installation requirements.
Is delivery included in the equipment price?
Check the scope of the individual quotation. Catalogue prices describe the equipment or indicative configuration; delivery, unloading and installation must be confirmed for your address. We agree the total scope before you order.
Can you deliver red light panels, LED masks and smaller devices?
Yes. Delivery is also available for smaller wellness devices. Add the model and quantity to your cart, tell us the destination city and ask for the available delivery options.
How long does a custom sauna project take?
For custom saunas, the planning timeframe for manufacture and installation in Indonesia is around two months. The final schedule depends on the agreed design, site readiness and location and is confirmed for your project.
Do you have a showroom in every city listed?
