Plan the room before the equipment order
Record the unloading path, door openings, lift limits and final service space. Ask the supplier for the installation drawing for the selected chamber. Electrical supply and heat rejection need review by the project’s qualified installer; a picture or headline power number is insufficient to approve the room.
Include staff and downtime in the business budget
A chamber cost does not include every task required to operate a service. Identify who prepares the room, screens the user, supervises operation and records maintenance. Build appointment capacity from actual instructions, preparation and changeover time. Do not assume a universal three-minute service or a guaranteed number of clients per hour.
Treat health claims separately from equipment selection
The FDA states that whole-body cryotherapy has different risks from water-circulating therapy and that healing benefits are unconfirmed. This source does not certify any catalogue model. Ask for evidence relevant to a specific claimed use; equipment ownership does not establish a clinical outcome.
What to include in your enquiry
Send your city, floor plan, access measurements, electrical information, proposed operating hours and staffing plan. Request model documents, training scope, exclusions and a service contact. Compare the completed room and operating plan alongside the purchase price.
