Access from the road to the room
Send the exact map pin, gate and path widths, steps and turning points. For a villa reached by a narrow lane, show where a delivery vehicle can stop and how the equipment reaches its final position.
Open air or protected space
Photograph the roof, shade and exposure to wind-driven rain. Ask whether the selected equipment is suitable for that position; an outdoor setting does not make every controller or chiller weatherproof.
Water and equipment location
Show the water point, proposed drain and a service space for the chiller and filter. Plan where heat and operating noise go in relation to guest rooms and neighbouring properties.
Who looks after the installation
For a rental villa, nominate a manager responsible for cleaning, water checks and guest instructions. Agree what happens when the property is unoccupied or changes hands.

How long does a custom sauna take?
Our local team plans manufacture and installation in Indonesia within two months, subject to the agreed design, site readiness and project schedule. Confirm the start date and milestones in the quote. This is not a delivery promise for every catalogue item.
Can an existing ice bath use a new chiller?
Start with the tub volume, connections, target water temperature and intended use. Send photographs of the existing installation. The team must confirm compatibility and the complete scope, including filtration, before supplying a replacement.
