RS-01 combines a mat and a dome in one full-body setup. The specification separates visible red light at 660 nm, near-infrared light at 850 nm and carbon-fibre heating. Plan a dedicated support, access to the controller and enough room to enter and leave comfortably. It is a different format from a seated sauna cabin.

How it works

The controller operates the heating element and the listed light/PEMF functions. PEMF refers to a pulsed magnetic field; Hz describes pulse frequency, not field strength. Heating, LED light and magnetic stimulation are different functions and should be checked separately.

Dome or LED body mat?

Choose by whether you want a heated enclosure as well as light. For a light-only mat, compare coverage, irradiance and permitted contact. Neither the electrical wattage nor the LED count tells you the light dose reaching the body.

Is this an EMS muscle trainer?

No. A wellness PEMF mat is not interchangeable with electrical muscle stimulation or a high-intensity magnetic muscle-stimulation system. Do not choose it on the assumption that it contracts muscles or replaces exercise.

How should the heat setting be chosen?

Use the device instructions for contact layers, temperature and duration. A controller’s maximum value is not a recommended setting. Ask a qualified professional before use if you have an implanted electronic device, impaired heat sensation or a medical concern.
