Why choose a thermoelectric system?
It removes ice preparation from this setup while retaining separate cold and heat functions. Compare it with the compressor version using the wrap you need, the room conditions and a demonstration of the actual controls. The cooling technology name alone does not establish which unit is quieter or reaches a setting faster.
What does the 450 mL reservoir mean?
This is a compact circulating-water circuit, not a cold plunge chiller or an 8 L ice box. Fill, drain and clean it according to its instructions. The reservoir volume does not identify the number of wraps or users supported at the same time.
Can it switch automatically between hot and cold?
Cold and heat are both specified. An automatic contrast sequence, changeover speed and combined pressure modes need confirmation for the supplied controller. If these functions matter, request a demonstration before choosing the kit.
What should I compare with the compressor version?
Both list 5–15°C cooling, 38–43°C heating and 277 × 163 × 140 mm dimensions. This thermoelectric main unit is approximately 4 kg rather than 5 kg. Check access around the case, hose routing and the complete set instead of assuming the same dimensions mean the same internals.
What is needed for an accurate quotation?
Specify the required body-area wrap, its size, quantity and your city in Indonesia. Ask for the current configuration, exact pressure controls, adapter label and cleaning instructions. Temperature and timer limits are operating specifications, not personalised treatment settings.
