D2 MAX, D3 MAX and D6 MAX let you change the mechanical stroke. D5 Pro and M2 Pro keep it fixed. That distinction, together with the weight and handle shape, is more useful than choosing the largest model number.
The five models at a glance
These are the device specifications for the selected models. The listed weight does not include a complete packed accessory kit.
- D2 MAX: adjustable 6–12 mm stroke, six arm positions, approximately 0.6 kg and 186 mm high.
- D3 MAX: adjustable 7–15 mm stroke, six arm positions, approximately 0.98 kg and 228 mm high.
- D6 MAX: adjustable 8–16 mm stroke, six arm positions, approximately 1.4 kg and 268 mm high.
- D5 Pro: fixed 12 mm stroke, five arm positions, approximately 1.05 kg and 266 mm high.
- M2 Pro: fixed 9 mm stroke, fixed T-shaped body, approximately 0.69 kg and 186 mm high.
D2, D3 or D6 MAX: choose handling and range together
D2 MAX is the lightest of these five and the smallest D MAX option here. D3 MAX extends the adjustment range while adding weight and height. D6 MAX offers the longest maximum stroke in this comparison, with a larger loop handle and a heavier body. Hold the candidate device in the intended position before assuming that the wider range is worth the additional size.
D5 Pro and M2 Pro: two fixed-stroke alternatives
D5 Pro retains angle adjustment but keeps the stroke at 12 mm. It lists five speeds from 1300 to 2500 rpm and four programmes. M2 Pro uses a simpler fixed T-shaped body and a 9 mm stroke, with five speeds from 2000 to 3200 rpm. Choose between them by the working angle and grip you prefer, not speed alone.
Stroke, speed and arm angle are different
Stroke is the attachment’s mechanical travel; it is not a measurement of penetration into tissue. Speed describes how often the mechanism moves. Changing the arm angle changes positioning rather than the stroke range. A programme can vary the pacing without turning a fixed-stroke model into an adjustable one. Request a demonstration of each control you intend to use.
Check the full name and complete kit
M2 Pro is a separate model from M2 Pro MAX; D6 MAX is separate from D6 Pro. Keep the suffix on the quotation. Ask for the attachment list, case, charging equipment and runtime at a stated setting. Battery capacity in mAh alone does not establish which model will operate longest, especially when battery voltages differ.
Choosing for a home or shared space in Indonesia
For a personal purchase, compare how comfortably you can hold and stop the device. For a studio, also request approved cleaning instructions, replacement heads and commercial-use terms. Share the selected models and your city when asking for a quote. Follow the model instructions for contact areas and settings; a longer stroke is not automatically appropriate for every person.
