Hyperbaric Chamber Prices in Indonesia: What You Actually Pay in 2026

Search for a hyperbaric chamber and you will see prices from $400 to $90,000. Most of that spread is not quality — it is configuration, certification and, above all, what the price actually includes. Here is how to read HBOT pricing from an importer's side of the table.
The three price tiers
Soft-shell portable chambers (1.3 ATA) sell from $400 to $3,000 at the factory. They are a home-use product: fine for biohackers, not defensible for a clinic charging professional session rates.
Sit-in hybrid chambers at 1.5 ATA occupy the middle: $3,500–6,000 ex-factory, roughly $6,000–10,000 delivered and installed in Indonesia. This is the sensible entry point for a spa or gym testing HBOT demand.
Hard-shell lying chambers at 1.5–2.0 ATA are the clinical standard: $8,000–29,500 ex-factory depending on pressure rating, viewport size and control systems. Delivered to Bali or Jakarta with installation, plan $13,500–47,000. Below 2.0 ATA you cannot run the protocols most longevity clients actually ask for.
Why the delivered price is far above the Alibaba price
A chamber is a pressure vessel: it ships as heavy sea freight, clears Indonesian customs as medical-adjacent equipment, needs import duty and taxes paid, then requires rigging into the building, electrical work and commissioning. Add pre-shipment inspection at the factory — which you should never skip on a pressure vessel — and import and installation typically add 30–50% on top of the ex-factory price before any margin. Any quote that ignores this gap is a quote you will renegotiate at the port.

What to check before you pay a deposit
Ask for the ASME PVHO-1 or equivalent pressure-vessel documentation, the CE certificate with a real notified-body number, and the oxygen concentrator specification (10 L/min minimum for clinical work). Insist on a video of your actual unit under pressure before it ships. A factory that hesitates on any of these four points has answered your question.
