Hotel spas sell massages; recovery rooms sell a reason to choose the property. Over the past two years the bookable recovery suite has moved from novelty to expectation in the premium segment — and it is one of the few amenities that generates direct per-session revenue instead of quietly padding the room rate. This is the planning framework we use with resorts in Bali.
The core equipment mix
