A starting price is not a project quotation
Our public Five Elements wellness offer lists custom sauna construction from Rp 200 million, including structure, insulation, cladding and a commercial heater. This is a starting reference for that offer, not a price for every room size or portable sauna. Your quotation must identify the actual heater and included work.
Why two similar-looking saunas have different prices
Usable seating, room volume, glazing and timber selection change the specification. An outdoor cabin also needs a weatherproof exterior and roof; an indoor project depends on the existing room. Premium red cedar, unusual access or substantial site works can alter the budget.
What should be itemised?
Ask for separate scope for the frame, insulation and vapour-control layer, interior and exterior timber, benches, glazing, heater and controller, ventilation, electrical work, site preparation and installation. Agree which items are included before comparing totals. A price per square metre alone does not describe the complete sauna.
How long will production and installation take?
We plan custom sauna manufacture and installation across Indonesia within two months. Confirm the start date and milestones with the approved design and site readiness. Special-order finishes require their own confirmation; portable products follow a separate supply schedule.
How do I estimate electricity cost?
Use the selected heater input, operating time and applicable electricity tariff. Nameplate power is not necessarily continuous consumption because thermostatic operation varies. Ask for an estimate based on your room, operating hours and heater rather than a universal daily running-cost promise.
What should I send to receive a quotation?
Send your city, room or plot dimensions, indoor or outdoor preference, simultaneous users, site photos and available electrical capacity. Add preferred timber and whether the sauna is for private or shared commercial use. You can add the sauna and complementary equipment to one enquiry cart.
